AGE RESTRICTIONS

VIVA Torquay sets forth the following operational hours and age-related policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all guests. These policies apply to all persons visiting or utilising the facilities at our establishment.

Operational Hours:

VIVA Torquay is open daily from 11.30 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday and 11.30 AM to 1 AM Friday and Saturday.

Age Restrictions:

• Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to visit our establishment, but must adhere to the following additional guidelines:

1. Adult Supervision Required: All guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

2. Curfew for Under 18’s: Due to safety and licensing restrictions, all guests under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 10:00 PM.

Activity Specific Time Restrictions:

• Axe Throwing: This activity is available to guests from opening time until 10:00 PM daily. In line with our licensing conditions, no axe throwing sessions will begin after this time. All participants must be aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so valid photo ID may be required and must be presented upon request.

Enforcement:

• Our staff are committed to enforcing these rules gently and respectfully. We reserve the right to request identification to verify age and may refuse service or entry to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
