REFUND POLICY

The following policy sets the terms under which VIVA Torquay manages booking cancellations and rescheduling.

No Refunds:

At VIVA Torquay, we dedicate resources and schedule our staff to ensure you receive the highest quality service on your booked date. Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to allocating resources specifically for your appointment, we do not offer refunds on any bookings made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Rescheduling Your Booking:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. If you need to reschedule your booking, we are happy to assist in moving your appointment to another available date. Please note the following conditions for rescheduling:

1. Notification Requirement: You must inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking if you wish to reschedule. This allows us ample time to adjust our resource allocation.

2. Rescheduling Window: Rescheduled dates must be within 6 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

3. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled booking without prior notification will result in the inability to reschedule, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
