DRESS CODE POLICY

VIVA Torquay is committed to maintaining an atmosphere that is both welcoming and professional. To ensure that all guests enjoy their experience, we require adherence to the following dress code policy. This policy applies to all persons entering the premises.

2. Prohibited Attire: To maintain the desired decorum of our establishment, the following items of clothing are not permitted:

* Gym wear, including but not limited to athletic tank tops, sweatpants, and workout tights.

* Tracksuits, including any matching two-piece garments made from jersey, fleece, or similar materials typically designed for sport or exercise.

* Hats are not allowed within the premises. This includes baseball caps, beanies, visors, and other head coverings. Exceptions may be made for religious or medical reasons; please contact management prior to your visit for accommodations.

3. Footwear: Proper footwear is required at all times. Please avoid wearing flip-flops, slippers, or athletic shoes.

4. Exceptions: Our dress code is flexible in the case of themed events or private parties where specific attire may be encouraged. Such exceptions will be communicated in advance.

5. Enforcement: Our staff is instructed to enforce these dress code guidelines consistently and professionally. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed in a manner that does not comply with our dress code.
